Monthly Minutes of the Circus City Cyclists

Meeting Minutes: Minutes from August meeting were submitted and approved.

Treasury Report: Reports were submitted and approved.

Discussion:

Nickel Plate Trail, Inc. Report: (Bill Click) Accountant is working on attaining their 501C3 status. There would be the possibility of CCC helping with the cost of the 501C3. This would run from $500 to $700 dollars.

Membership Renewals & New Member Report: (0) - NEW MEMBERS; (0) – RENEWALS.

Other Business:

2003 Circus City Metric Century Shirts: (20) More shirts have been ordered for the supporters of the metric.

Cardinal Greenway Ride: Date to be set for Saturday the 11^th. We will met at the trail. The ~80 miles go towards club miles. An e-mail will be sent out to all the club members.

Night Dinner Ride: Continued the discussion about the club having a night dinner ride. Date and place yet to be determined. Everyone should contact Bill Click with his or her ideas.

Hilly 100 Ride: Mentioned that several members are going to participate in the ride this year. Everyone should go to the website for a map and give Miles a call if they would like to camp at his sister’s home.

Skate Park At Peru: Chris Betzner presented the initial plans for a Peru area skate park. The park would be located west of the existing city park. There is an 80’ x 100’ plot set aside for this. Corporate sponsors can donate and have their logo placed on the park ramps. It was mentioned that CCC consider a $250 dollar donation. This would put our logo on the side of a ramp.
