Monthly Minutes of the Circus City Cyclists Date:
Thursday, December 13, 2007 at the First Christian Church President
Miles Straly called the meeting to order at 7:43 p.m. Attendance:

See Polar Bear Ride:
New
Year’s Day ride at Kokomo.
There will be a continental breakfast and a mass start at 9:30 AM.
Our club riders plan to meet at Miami’s Fort at 8:30 AM.
Cost is $15.

Miles
informed the club that the trail would receive a $250,000 grant thru the DNR
from an Eli Lilly endowment.
One reason the Nickel Plate was selected is that the state wants to see
quick results.
A goal of our governor is to have a trail within 15 miles of 80% of the
population by 2020.
The trail will extend south into Howard County ½ mile.
Funds have been collected for the Bunker Hill Bridge to be completed next
year. Regular club rides:

Cyclists are encouraged to contact others for an impromptu ride as

Rich mentioned that he would
like to make a trip to ride the above, which occurs over the 4th of
July. Club
consented
that I could dispose of old, unnecessary club materials. Next
meeting:
